Our Build Kit plans are intended to be developed into permit-ready drawings for your specific site and local code requirements. Some local coordination is always required, which is standard practice for any home plan.

It also includes a 1-hour virtual meeting with an architect.

You’ll receive your plan materials in PDF format via email along with guidance on next steps — including customization options, coordination with your builder or local architect, and how to move toward permitting.
